Pat Conroy owns Conroy Construction, a general contracting firm based in Chico with operations throughout Northern California.  Founded in 1978, Pat has more than 30 years of construction and development related experience.  He is a licensed California State Contractor with "A' General Engineering and "B" General Contracting licenses.

With 30 years of diverse industry experience, RSC Associates, Inc. specializes in managing apartment communities.
